The Informz Superfan Summit, our annual user conference in Virginia is taking place from November 15-17th. We absolutely love getting together with clients to discuss email trends, tips and of course digital marketing successes. One of our favorite parts of the Superfan Summit is working with our clients during the hands-on training sessions we offer. This year, we would like to announce some changes to the training, and we hope you’ll be just as excited as we are!
After previous Superfan Summit training sessions, we polled our attendees to find out what they did and did not like about the sessions. Well, you spoke and we listened! Here’s how we’re changing it up this year:
- You Choose the Content: Those that register for training will receive a survey prior to the session. We will tailor the session to cover what YOU want to know based on your areas of interest! This is your training and we want you to get the most out of it.
- Training First: This year, the training sessions will take place a day prior to the Superfan Summit. This gives you the benefit of being trained on Informz prior to your first Superfan Summit. We hope that this enables you to get the most out of the strategy sessions you attend.
- Short Sessions: Instead of six straight hours of content, the training session will run for two and a half hours. You can choose either a morning or an afternoon session. This gives you the other half of your day to take advantage of another pre-conference workshop, or get some rest before a fun and action packed couple of days at the Summit!
